Brisket. Banter. Barbecue.

We’re just two guys who love meat – smoking it, taking pictures of it, eating it, and talking about it way too much. Just ask our neighbors and co-workers! What started with “let’s throw a brisket on for the big game” somehow turned into a catering business (our wives are still trying to figure out how that happened, but they seem to love the quiet time when we are away.)

Our goal? Keep ourselves busy when we’re old and gray (O&G)! Let’s be honest, retirement sounds a little boring, but a smoker full of pork butts sounds like heaven! We figured if we’re gonna spend our golden years smelling like hickory and making people happy with good food, we’re doing something right.

So whether it’s a work lunch, a backyard bash, a wedding, or just an excuse to eat too much barbecue, we’re here to bring the smoke, the flavor, and probably a few bad dad jokes. Because for us, it’s not just about the smoke – it’s about the stories, the people and the joy and laughter that comes with every bite!
